The Bacardi Superior White Rum is the most popular white rum worldwide as it is sold in over one hundred countries. Its character is derived from the aging process in natural white oak and it is a sublime rum best used in mixing cocktails. Tasting Notes Nose: On the nose, this rum is aromatically balanced with notes of almonds, lime and fruit, complimented by hints of vanilla. Palate: It is smooth and creamy on the palate. It is floral and fruity. Finish: It has a dry, clean, fresh and crisp finish. It has a clear colour, and is dry in flavour and smooth in taste. After it is charcoal-filtered, it is then aged for a least a year, then charcoal-filtered again. This results in a light in body, and delicate rum.
