Hine Rare VSOP Tasting Notes
Eye: Amber/light golden copper
Nose: Floral, enticing and fruity hints of oak, floral too with notes of violets, soft leather, cooked fruit as well as fresh, rich and sweet fruit, sugary plums.
Palate: Rich fruity notes of vanilla, plums, some spice (towards the end leading into the finish), prunes, very smooth and moreish, perfumed with more violet.
Finish: A more oaky spice of the finish, still a nice fruity sweetness, prunes vanilla, with some sweet floral notes. Quite a long finish with raisins and prunes notes remaining for a while. Absolutely delectable!
