Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial is a blend of Pinot Noir (40-50%), Pinot Meunier (30-40%), and Chardonnay grapes (10-20%) to produce a fresh, fruity, and elegant wine. It has a dense deep gold colour with highlights of amber and an intense, fruity collection of aromas of nectarine, guava, mango, and raspberry. Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial was created to be enjoyed over ice and it provides a new champagne experience of fresh ambiances and fun. Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial is a creation of Chef de Cave Benoit Gouez. With it, he stayed true to the style of Moet & Chandon, ensuring that the champagne reaches its full expression when it is taken over ice. It was in 1743 that Claude Moet founded the Moet et Chandon champagne house and it became the biggest champagne house in France. The Moet et Chandon champagne house produces great volumes of non-vintage wine and it is well known for its premium brand Dom Perignon.
