The natural citrus fruit flavor of the Pavilion Blanc is achieved via the cold fermentation process in tanks of stainless steel with a temperature averaging 15°c which helps to retain the aromas of lemongrass, tangerine, and honeysuckle. The ripe fruity Chardonnay, Colombard, and Chenin Blanc grapes used for the Boschendal Pavilion Blanc for the Boschendal Estate Winery are obtained from vineyards located in the Western Cape of South Africa, thereby providing the taste that only a South African Pavilion Blanc can afford.
