LaFiole Cotes du Rhone

LaFiole Cotes du Rhone is to be enjoyed with leg of lamb, slipper of truffled foie gras, braised duck with turnips, Provencal stew with black olives, Armorican beef rib and potato gratin, strong cheese platter, chocolate tart. Fruity and spiced bouquet with notes of blackcurrant and prune. Initially fresh and full, supple and fruity with dominant notes of small black fruit and liquorice. A long and pleasing finish. Manual harvest and separate aging for each variety during 6 months before blending.
