Description
Moet & Chandon Rose Imperial Created in 1869, Moet Rose Imperial is the spontaneous, radiant, and glamorous expression of the Moet & Chandon style. A style that distinguishes itself by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate, and its elegant maturity.
Its assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varieties: 40 to 50% of Pinot Noir (of which 10% of red wine), 30 to 40% of Meunier, and 10 to 20% of Chardonnay. For a perfect tasting experience, Moet & Chandon suggests pairing Moet Rose Imperial with the following dishes: as a starter, try beef or tuna carpaccio with olive oil and freshly ground pepper, as the main course, serve seared red snapper in a coriander emulsion with ratatouille, or rare steak with sun-ripened vegetables, as a dessert, serve a fruit salad filled with fresh red berries, or a simple strawberry tart. Moet Rose, with its elegant maturity and extravagant fruitiness, leans on the dry side. Its mineral acidity and dry tannic structure make it a perfect pairing option for elegant dishes.
